Claims Management

Our claims department consists of case managers well-equipped to adjudicate eligibility to benefits, based upon company policies and procedures. Once a decision is reached, the claims management department notifies the claimant and proceeds as per our policies, liaising with employers, doctors, and claimants to restore health and to promote safe re-entry into the workplace in the shortest period possible. Throughout this process, we maintain contact with all involved parties to achieve excellence in our goals.
